Terry took great care of Wendy while we were gone over thanksgiving. It's great that he keeps a space customized for dogs, is so present with them and has the experience to add observation and training while he's boarding her. I suspect if she could speak, Wendy would ask to go back again this Christmas.
As always, my dogs were comfortable and relaxed when I picked them up--they've stayed with Terrence before and they seem to enjoy it. And I feel confident that they're in good hands.
Terrence was an absolute godsend for my family. I left my dog with him for our first time ever being apart. I was a bit anxious about boarding her and how she would respond. During the meet and greet Terrence explained the way each day goes for the dogs clearly to put me at ease. It's obvious he knows dogs and loves caring for them. There was plenty of room for her to play and everything was spotless and secure.
Terri was great with Dottie. He sent pictures so I felt better leaving her and seeing how well she was adjusted. Terri is very knowledgeable and loving towards all the dogs. I will definitely use him again.
Terrence is very accommodating, down to earth, and full of good advice. After our meet & greet I felt confident he would take great care of my dog. When I picked him up 2 weeks later, the dog was better trained than when I'd dropped him off. I will definitely have Terrence board my dog again.
Terrence was a great host and took good care of Rico over the weekend. His prices were fair, he had enough space for him and good playmates. Also, very convenient and flexible around pickup and drop off, which made a big difference.
Highly recommend Dog Balancing. Our dog has some anxiety. Terry evaluated her and listened to us. Our dog did very well and received great care.
Dog Balancing is a great place to board our dog. Terry is positive and professional when discussing dog training and strategies to benefit our dog. Willow loves Terry and we trust his judgement. We have used his services for years and we have been happy with the experience every time.
My dog Poppy was excited when we returned. I was surprised because there were some time in between, but she remembered it and was wagging her tail at the gate when we got there and happy to see Terri. She was also a happy girl when I picked her up!
Terry is AMAZING! I appreciate his approach and vast knowledge and his way of teaching both Benny (my doggie) and I. My Benny has come a long way in just a couple of sessions and day care and overnight stays with Terry. Highly recommended and so appreciated!
I have been boarding my dogs at the Dog Balancing Hotel for many years, and I’ve always been pleased with the level of professionalism and care for my pets that Terry and his staff provide. The dogs have time in the yard several times a day, they are walked daily, and given homemade treats that are good and nutritious. I know my dogs are happy at the Dog Balancing Hotel because they are always happy to see Terry when I drop them off!
