Terry and the Dog Balancing crew were phenomenal. It was my first time having my 1 year old Husky mix boarding at another persons house while my family & I went on vacation. I couldn’t have ask for greater communication and assurance from Dog Balancing. I was very impressed with their schedule, knowledge, and expertise in dog training. I knew my dog was in good hands. We will definitely book with Dog Balancing again. 

Anybody who spends any amount of time with Terry will know that he has an intense passion for dog care. His dogsitting facility is absolutely incredible. No expense is spared for your dog's comfort. I got frequent updates on my dog's wellbeing throughout her stay. I highly recommend Terry's services. 

My dog Anzu enjoyed her stay at Terry's so much I don't think she missed me... He also gave me few tips since we are still in training with her manners. She behaved so well that gave me a confidence with her training.

As always amazing service!! Second time leaving my baby with Terrence and he was so happy to see him! This only confirms how well cared for he was the first time around! Will definitely book again. 

Terrance is an amazing sitter. He is flexible, professional and very responsive. I could tell he knew a lot about caring for dogs and I always learn something new about training your dog. Definitely will be coming back. 

Terry was fantastic with my pup. He stayed with Terry for a week. Terry sent us picture updates and communicated how Chewie was doing during his stay. Terry is also very knowledgeable about all things pet related and has an incredibly well set up pet routine and kennel area. I highly recommend Terry.

I am so grateful to Terry, and it is hard to know where to begin to share all the ways he helped me feel comfortable while on a series of work trips after I hadn’t been separated from my dogs for over a year! First of all, my dogs aren’t the easiest—one is a senior with anxiety, and the other was so anxious that he was skittish sometimes even in our home—but Terry immediately knew how to connect with my dogs, and they were at ease with him in minutes during our meet and greet. Terry has an incredible routine with the dogs, and they just love it. What surprised me the most was how spotless all the facilities are both inside and out. When I brought my teens with me for our first drop off, my daughter came away so happy that the set up was so pleasant—“it feels so zen” were her words—and indeed, somehow he has made the room where the dogs sleep both peaceful and it smells good! I was completely at ease during my trip, and could tell my pups were well cared for and that Terry really cared about them. And then, the next trip I took, my dogs were so happy to go right back to Terry. Before Terry, I was so concerned that I couldn’t find someone that my dogs would be comfortable with—I am so fortunate to come across him and would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Terry!!!!

I’ve always been nervous about finding a broading place for Maury knowing that he can be a bit rough to handle, unless that person really understands dogs. Upon first sight, Maury already relaxed in Terry’s presence and listened to all his corrections. I love his assertive and kind energy. He and I had some very great conversations, he is extremely knowledgeable regarding animal behaviors. He was also very accommodating to Maury’s needs and communicative. I love the structure he provides to the dogs. When I picked up Maury, I met a calm, happy dog, which is not easy to achieve. I’m very happy that Maury is welcome back to his care in the future. I am so happy that I’ve finally found a place that I can 100% trust Maury with.

Terrence was amazing from the start. He asked very pertinent questions on our meet and greet, was very clear on explaining the routine he has to care for the dogs, and gave me a tour of the facility. I knew right away he cared deeply about animals and that he'd take great care of my baby! I got to see his pictures on Facebook and when I picked my dog up he was so happy and relaxed! 10/10 will book again! My dog had great time while being safe and well looked after! Thank you Terrence! I know where Haroldo will be staying when we travel again! 

My pups really enjoyed learning from Terrence, and they had so much fun. Definitely recommend and would love to book again. 

Terry went above and beyond to make sure my puppy was sully taken care of. I did not have to worry one bit about Kali my entire 11 day trip. Terry posted pictures every other day and sent me updates on how my puppy was doing. When I picked Kali up, he was super cheerful and I could tell he had a good time! 

My Siberian huskies stayed with Terry and HE is AMAZING!!! He taught me a lot about my dogs and gave some fantastic suggestions that I’ve implemented immediately. He is full of knowledge and I trust my dogs in his care. I will definitely board with Terry in the future! Thank you Terry for your 100% customer service/care! 

Terrence did a wonderful job with Zeus. Even though he stayed for 3 nights and 2 days, Terrence was able to tell me a lot about my dog. He also gave professional advice in helping what I can do for my dog to better help him with his bad knees and some behavioral issues. 

A big plus was that Terrence was able to accommodate my plans even though he had a set schedule. 

I felt safe knowing my dog was in great care. Zeus would be glad to stay here again

Terry knows how my dog think, and he gave us great advice. He is a professional dog trainer/advisor/sitter, and this is the place where my boy can stay comfortably.

Terry was great! Watched my pup and had her kenneled and safely around other dogs for over two weeks. Will be using him again, she loved it!

Terrance took excellent care of Amy and Ginsburg. Terrance was professional and responsive, and gave very valuable and practical advice on how to best care for elder and high energy dogs. Both dogs were relax and calm under his supervision. I would highly recommend Terrance to my friends and neighbors if they needed a dog sitter. Thanks Terrance! 

Terry is simply AMAZING!!!! From the moment I met him I knew that he was the only person for my pack. His experience and expertise are unmatched and I’m so incredibly happy to have him care for my crew when I’m away. He has shown great compassion and empathy for one of my dogs that suffers from being slightly crazy. To say that I recommend Terry would be an understatement…HE IS TOP NOTCH!!! ONLY CHOICE!!! I’m so incredibly appreciative of all the education he has given me and my dogs are actually healthier because they of him. Truly can’t say enough about him and his team. Appreciate you Terry! 

I’ve had such a great sense of confidence when I board my dog with Terry. I know my son (my dog :)) is safe and in good hands when I am traveling and or simply needing to run errands for the day. Previously I would board my dog with large daycare facilities and noticed he would have runny poop when he came home. I don’t have that issue when I board Bentley into Terry’s facility, thankfully. Terry is extremely knowledgeable and has given me tips that have helped me in a big way with my 11 month old dog. I highly recommend Terry!
